All claims for defects on our product must be made in writing within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return and refund of order is generally not provided except for cases of process or product malfunction (i.e. workmanship defect, gift arrives damaged, product do not match ordered items), we will provide you with a full replacement or a full refund.
We take 100% responsibility for the overall quality of the manufacture of your product.
If you request a refund, you have to provide personal information for us to issue cheque with full amount mail to you.
If you request a replacement, we will arrange for you to reorder the original items at no charge.
Quality is very important to us, so we will ask you to return samples of defective merchandise for inspection.
In the event of a claim, we will investigate thoroughly if the defects or errors are caused by us thereof at our sole discretion to repair, reproduce or refund the claimed product.
Please allow two to four weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
